Bubbly and always happy is the only way to describe miss Neva. She's absolutely always loving on everyone and is so friendly and personable it is impossible not to fall in love with her. Neva is also a stunning little girl. She's a unique blue merle with the most dazzling complex coat. She has a lot of white in her coat, and many shades of blue with big bold blue markings. Neva is absolutely gorgeous, and we adore her!
